How our prices work
There is no price list to memorise. Every price is worked out from the real cost of making your job, the moment you choose your options.
Built from real cost
Film, ink, blank garments, card stock and press time each have a cost on file, with a record of where that number came from: a supplier account, an invoice or a written quote. Your price is built on top of those costs, so no job is sold at a loss and no job is padded with guesswork.
Every line on the quote
Your quote lists what you are paying for. If a product needs a setup step, such as a screen for screen printing, it appears as its own line on the quote. Nothing is added at checkout that was not on the quote.
Estimate or firm
If any cost behind a quote is not confirmed, the quote is marked ESTIMATE and cannot be paid. A person confirms it first. Products we make but cannot price online yet say Request a quote.
The price holds
Once you see a price it is locked for 72 hours. Shipping is shown before you pay.
